HYBRID FUNCTIONAL TRAINING - Monday+Wednesday+Friday

HIIT style training, an intense mix of aerobic/anaerobic with strength training which builds lean muscle and burn fat, it will leave you energized and motivated for the next session.

Programming starts with 5min warm ups and ending with 5min cool downs, consisting with one of the following routines...

 

30-40 HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) consisting of.....

WOD (workout of the day) circuits/stations

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)

EMOM (every minute on the minute)

(8rds) Tabata 90-60-30on & rest in-between

Different workouts each day that will keep your body guessing and optimizing your results!

Classes are 1hr long

30min of a range of strength and conditioning, classes consist of a variety of skills with a focus on mind, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance.

30min classes consist of jiu-jitsu drilling, situational training and/or 2min shark tank rolls.
